The best place to find frames to decorate is Good Will. You are essentially recycling the frame, giving to a good cause, and getting a frame much cheaper than if you were to buy it new (who can beat that?). I found this frame for $1 and decorated with a cherry blossom design. Completed with a fun picture of my niece enjoying a piece of watermelon! The circles may seem difficult, but just keep nipping the edges of any sized piece and voila!
